Re: A personal post...

It will lessen overtime. I felt terribly depressed while increasing my antifungals to the actual level 200mg itra+ 3 millions unit nystatin + 250 mg terbinafine + Psyllium and Bentonite shake with caproil. Now I can take astronomous amount of antifungal without becoming depressive. But if I try to increase antifungal intake Depression is back. I know why I become so depressed so I don't care anymore. I am to the point where I laugh to my depressive symptoms. It so directly link to die-off. Last week I've tried to increase from 200mg to 300mg of itraconazole/day and I felt terribly depressed. I decided to stay at 200mg itraconazole. Also if I increase my caprol intake from only one drop I feel like as zombie the day after.

The faster you increase antifungal the lesser the torture will last. That is my opinion.

Don't worry Jorge, follow a good protocol and you will enjoy life again. Antifungals do works but it takes a long long time. No carb diet is important and I am worrying you feel bad because you eat too much carbs. Taking antifungal while taking carb make me feel so bad. Are you certain that the metabolic shutdown that you were talking about was not a continuous die-off due to carb intake. I am on a no-carb diet since almost 2 months and I have not even loose 1 pound. And the only carb I eat is green veggies. I eat a lot of avocadoes and olive oil. My weight is still 204 pounds for a height of 6 feets.
