Need Input on Clean Water Machine Purchase?

Hi All, Especially Trapper My hero!
We are looking to purchase a good Water Ozonator or something. What would be your best advice on what to purchase? We are looking at the Vortex Water Vitalizer Plus from DrClark.com so far, We are not wealthy so I want to make sure what we spend it on is the Best Value and etc..Any Info or Input Greatly Appreciated!
