Re: Did 1st flush, felt better, then worse. Any suggestions?

Hi Printerman (love your curezone name by the way),

my guess is that you didn't do a colonic after the flush. basically its really important to keep the organs of elimination in workin' order during the flushes, since the flushes release lots of toxic goop. so the bowel must be working. andreas recommends a colonic before and after each flush. i've found its enough just to do a colonic afterwards. some people don't do colonics and still get healthier doing the liver flushes. other people that don't do the colonics actually get worse. some people just do enemas. people learn through experience which category they fall into. i know for sure that doing a colonic after each flush is key - for me. every time i do a colonic i'm amazed age old guck gets released...

i also did Colon Cleanses before starting to liver flush. there's 2 types of Colon Cleanses - fiber based and oxygen-magnesium based. the common fiber based cleanses are the blessed herbs cleanse, jim foleys colon caps & colon cleansning caps, and colonix. they work for me. the oxygen based are Oxypowder and colosan. some people say the fiber based cleanses can be addictive, others say just the opposite - that you can take them forever. others prefer the oxygen based ones. Bentonite and psyllium Colon Cleanses are big on curezone too (not for me). i did the blessed herbs cleanse and i thought it was awesome. i've heard some negative reports about it though - just goes to show - there is no one right product that fits Everyone. but... the message is still the same - got to keep the toxic waste from the flush movin on out.

andreas recommends taking a kidney cleansing herbal tea every 4th cleanse to keep them working at full mast. i have done that and i can say that the kidney herbs really work. andreas wrote the book 'the amazing liver and gallbladder flush' and also 'timeless secrets to health and rejuvination' (that may not be the exact title) which talk about the need to take care of the bowel and kidneys during the flushing process.

here are the links for the colon cleansers & Andreas, in case youre interested.
