An Idea- Gulf Residents, build a Recovery Chamber For Yourselves!
Hello Forumfolk,
I've been thinking, and here is my idea:
I think it would be beneficial (and easily possible) for folks living in the air-toxified Gulf area to build a Recovery Chamber inside their homes to retire to, at least temporarily, where the air is less ruined.
You could build a rectangular frame out of PVC and cover the frame with some material that the VOCs can't penetrate.
Think "Visqueen and Duct Tape" simple. (My preference would be something I could see through).
If you fill the PVC pipe frame with sand, you'd be surprised at how heavy and relatively stable it becomes.
Put charcoal, plants, maybe a water fountain (water will pull aromatics out of the air, so you'll have to change it now and then), clays, Orgonite,
Sea Salt , stuff that will pull more of the toxins out of the air inside this chamber.
Filter the blazes out of incoming air (pulling the air through water-filled airlocks comes to mind. This could be done by placing an opposing fan in the opposite end of the chamber to "pull air in" and make it pass through the waterlocks on the way). Actually, maybe a small windowshaker could be set up to do the pulling, or maybe even "blow" it forward through a waterlock.
Add Oxygen from a tank inside the chamber if you have to (of course there's more to learn about this, but this post is a start. For those who can't leave the Gulf yet it may offer a respite for their lungs/body, at least.)
Of course, me being me, I'd also put a small altar space in it, and make it a meditation/prayer center and load it up with crystals :), but I think whatever else also concentrates positive energy there for the occupants would be good. I'm sure you get the idea.
If it were built large enough to contain a bed (or cot or recliner), it could be good to nap in or sleep in overnight and breathe cleaner air for that period of time, at least..
Anyone can test this idea, and I hope you will.
It could be elaborate, or it could be minimal.
Please forumfolk, let's flesh this idea out and keep it going; I think it could help a lot of people.
I'm sure their lungs are getting numb by now.
Good Health to All of Us,
