Anal fissure/possible hemorrhoids

I have an anal fissure that is bothering me a bit. I think it's chronic since it doesn't seem to bleed or hurt during a BM. Here are my symptoms.

1.) Uncomfortable to sit/sore

2.) itchy

3.) pus/wet feeling, smelly

4.) rectum/sphincter closes tightly spontaneously

Could someone come up with a remedy for me?? Thank you.
