I take a small amount of non-dairy flora (Bacillus Sporonges), and I drink some Rejuvelac that I make from sprouted wheat berries. That's about it. All other enzymes I get is from raw foods and juices.
Someone else also suggested taking a pro-biotic. I'd much rather my body produce enough on it's own. Especially if a raw-food diet is how I should be eating (with all the enzymes still in the food).
