I generally don't mix fruits and vegetables together. On a rare occation, I'll put an apple in my veggie juice. In fact, I don't eat a whole lot of fruit period. A couple of bananas, an apple or two, maybe some prunes every week and that's about it. The rest is all sprouts, leafy greens, peppers, mushrooms, a carrot or two, soaked or sprouted nuts, sprouted legumes, and veggie juices including wheatgrass.

Overall, I feel great. Not bloated, my abdomen feels fine. I just don't get the BMs that I used to, and they are slow to move out. Now, I spend 10+ minutes in the bathroom. It used to take me 2-3.
