I think its really important to do colonics after each flush while the Acne is going on. continued flushing without bowel cleansing could make the Acne worse over time. sometimes i've read that people's Acne flares up after cleansing, but from what i've read (i don't have acne) as long as they pay attention to bowel cleansing, its just temporary.

actually andreas recommends colonics before & after each liver flush. however with regular bowel cleansing (i use the cleanse from blessed herbs), one after each flush seems to be enough for me. besides the colonics after each flush andreas recommends doing a kidney cleanse per each 4 Liver Cleanses that you do.
