... when you have a high fat meal - such as a full monty breakfast, or a beacon butty - and drink a glass of citris juice, it would trigger the gall bladder to squeeze and release its load of bile to some degree and therefore relase some stones.
So maybe when one goes on a high fat meal binge it would be good to drink some form of citrus juice. After all the ingredients of a Liver Flush are fat and oil.
I know oil causes the gall bladder to contract. I am not sure exactly what function the citrus has, but I imagine it triggers the liver to purge in some way and assist in the breakdown of cholesteol.
Perhaps we intuitively know including lemon and vinigar on your greasy fish and chips is a very smart idea.
