I’m on my 7th day of Water Fast and I would like to stay in ketosis forever. Only kidding but is it possible to stay in ketosis by eating/drinking only green vegetable up to 15 grams of carbs per day? This is quantity of carbs allowed by Atkins diet (yes, I went to the enemy’s web site) in his ‘induction’ phase.
I don’t think I will have any problem to Water Fast for the next two weeks, but after that I’m not sure whether it is safe considering that I’m living alone. But I would like to have benefits of whatever is currently going on in my body as long as I can.
