Re: help gas line leak question

If you're smelling gas, if it were me I'd call the gas company to come and out check it for you.  If for some reason you can't do that then you could take some dishwashing soap and pour some on the pipe where you think it's leaking.  If it is in fact leaking you'll see the soap bubble up and you'll know for sure you've got a leak.  ;)
