Make sure you balance your calcium intake with magnesium and potassium. It wouldn't hurt to make sure you are getting enough water and vitamin D also.

When I had to stop having dairy products, I started to drop kidney stones and that means my diet was way too high in calcium. Now that the kidney stones have stopped, my blood pressure went from 140/95 to 120/80 which is absolutely normal. In other words, maybe moderating your dairy intake would be good as well.
