My Stones

My first flush was using the Dr. Clark method. Afterwards, I thought I was an apple tree. I expelled about 20 small, round green stones. The next flush, which was 3 weeks ago, I just used virgin olive oil and lemon juice. This flush expelled about 100 or more stones with all shapes and sizes. The largest was about the size of a dime all dark, no green stones. I picked it up to see if it was soft or hard. It was hard. It would not cut with the spoon I used. It required a little effort. I am not a scientist but that stone was calcifide. This time I was weak-sluggish the day after.
I was a little doubtfull after the first flush but not after the second one.
I will be doing it again in the next couple of weeks.
