Re: what to do?

Good morning! Sounds as though you are really in need of this cleanse. Don't be discouraged.

If I were you (I am an Master-Cleanse Frequent Flyer) I would suspend the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) until you are feeling better. Continue to drink a strong cup of Smooth Move at night, and again in the morning, and drink LOTS of liquids; if you can't get the lemonade down drink water water water and a cup of herbal (I like chamomile or mint) tea with a tablespoon of maple to keep your blood Sugar up so you don't feel weak.

IF it were me, I would not hesitate to do a plain water enema to clear the intestinal tract. It sounds as though you are having trouble doing this on your own, and many many times a plain water enema has stopped a fasting crisis dead in its tracks for me, even though it is not Master-Cleanse protocol. This is well accepted practice with many fasting experts; others disagree. I only know from personal experience that it can work wonders in a case such as you describe.

Do not resume the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) until you are feeling strong again. That suc*** is a harsh technique that can really take it out of you -- although in its favor (and we all love to hate it) it is an extremely effective flush of an UNBLOCKED digestive system. SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in case of any blockage spells d-i-s-a-s-t-e-r.

Hope you are feeling better soon, and are able to complete what sounds like a much needed cleanse.

Best,
Somer
