heh ...worse. snippets of my life started floating pasting my eyes and none of it had any meaning :-)) hahaha just kidding ;-)

but i have experienced a sense of dread - which surprised me as there was no rhyme or reason to it - 36-48hrs into the fast and the story telling part of the mind started conjuring up nonsense reasons to be paranoid to make sense of it. next morning it was completely gone! curious. then one day Science news reported that paranoia/fear can be brought on in lab rats whose synaptic pH had been altered to acidic, and i thought aha!

so now if it ever happens again i am SO onto it :-)
