Today, I have tiny bright green specks in my phlegm after oil pulling. Would love to hear others experience with OP causing Lung cleaning.

My lungs have been feeling better in general. I had my first and, hopefully, last full asthma attack on July 4.
Every time after I oil pull, then swish unprocessed Sea Salt i cough something up, but today I coughed up phlegm with tiny bright(grass colored) green specks 3 times. Its disturbing, Still haven't been to doc. I really dont like my doctor. I went to her three times for MCS and she didnt even listen. She says about candida that "it isnt real, just made up by people who like to write books", I tried to change docs, but couldn't.
