Black spots in Phlegm after oil pulling for 2 months, what is it? Anyone had that? Its scary. Any ideas?

I've been oil pulling for a few months to help Multiple Chemical Sensitivity which is much improved by my many detoxing methods. The initial reaction was that it pulled some awful toxins from my teeth. Recently I had my first asthma attack and in the last year i have had some phlegm in my lungs. I noticed that the oil pulling brings up mucous of deep in my lungs. The last week, twice i have seen a little bit of black in the phlegm that i cough out after OP.

Its scary. I will go see the doc after a while, but I want to see if maybe the OP is doing a very deep cleaning on something awful in my lungs. I lived in Mexico City for 10 years and smoked for 10 years before that. i have lived in DC for ten years, which really has bad air (lots of black dust in my window sil).

My MCS is 8-% better before I started with the OP, from regular sauna, coffee enema, molybdenum, de-parasiting and all kinds of things. the only thing left is that I had an asthma attack while dancing in a dusty incense filled area on the 4th of July. I work out and eat well and am otherwise healthy.

I know there is something wrong w/my lungs but am hoping its just something detoxing.....
