I don't know enough about your circumstance to give an informed opinon, and don't know if you can talk about it?

But, if you know this person means you harm and there is no way you can just walk away ,you may have to play the game BUT outsmart them.

Don't eat or drink anything from them, accept it and "save it for later", then get rid of it, don't ingest it.

Do whatever you have to guard your health and peace.
