You need also to use the color green - greenstones (not liver stone :-) )

Don't wear any black or grey clothes on top, your heart need not be absorbed by those colors, it better work efficiently.

Liver Flushing has its great many gifts but you cannot  depend upon it to heal a stressful heart.
