Re: swollen feet after flush.... HELP!!/EDIT
Hey, I'm stressing the fact that if you feel hungry, it's your body calling for food. Don't deny yourself. Of course, be careful of the sugars and corn syrup and the unhealthy stuff. My body got very weak because I did not feel like eating for a long time. If you're underweight, you're going to need strength to get thru this program. Make some green smoothies and use the fresh veggies in season. That will give you strength. They're rebuilding. If you need the Super green food with the protein in it, then do that and add it to your green smoothies. Both Schulze

and

have it. If you feel the need for protein, then do it. That's what your body is calling for. Doc has said many times to give in to your cravings. Your body is calling for a certain thing, so feed it what it's calling for. (as long as it's healthy)
You're already depleted in magnesium and calcium. You can take a pinch of epsom salts in water or juice every day. Not the Clark flushes that use the Epsom Salts because they will make an imbalance in your calcium and magnesium and draw water out of the body and dehydrate you. Eat the foods that will help you with that. It's depletion in the minerals that control the muscles that can make cramps or 'stiffness". Make sure you're doing the Celtic sea salt for the major and trace minerals. Dont skimp on it.
EDIT: Another thing to make sure of is that you're getting the omega oils. Google "Brian Peskin's EFA oils" and get some as they help oxygen get into the cells. They help the nervous system. Highly recommended by Doc. Also the olive oil at night that helps the liver stay open and heal.
