holy moly

I'm doing a parasite cleanse and 24 hours into it I got a splitting sinus headache that won't go away. I have a candida problem that lives in my sinuses and usually, when I eat something that makes my candida flare up, I get these headaches but I haven't eaten anything bad! I am going to assume that the parasite cleanse is doing this to me but what does it mean??????

I've done parasite cleanses in the past and have never had this reaction.

Any ideas?
