I've been adding about 100 mg of Iodine (4 droppers of Lugol's 2%) to fruit juice. I only recently realized that the presence of vitamin C converts this Iodine to iodide. Is this bad? Is there a preference for one over the other?
Drinking it with water is tough because it burns at such a high dosage...even with a full cup of water. If fruit juice is no good, do you have other suggestions?
