period cramps

if anyone remembers a good posting by anyone relating to alleviation of painful menstruation following Iodine introduction, I'd be real grateful if ya could point me in the direction of it. I've a friend whom it would benefit but don't want to tell her to just come on here and search. I could find it but if you can save me 1/2 an hour looking, I'd be grateful..... :) Tweet
