Hi dhi14, Did you go to Dr. Norman in Florida? Did you have a sestimibi scan done before getting the surgery?

I too have adrenal fatigue along with hyperparathryoidism. Not sure how much each is affecting the other condition. I had a sestimibi scan done that showed an adenoma, and I have confirmed osteoporosis from a dexa scan, but my calcium is in the 9 ranges, only hitting 10.0 once. For that reason my local docs absolutely do not want to touch me, but Dr. Norman agreed to do the surgery. I just haven't scheduled yet due to incredible fatigue and being scared to travel while so sick.

I'm glad you posted, cross posting into the AF section, because no one posts on the parathyroid forum.
