I just made a board too. I bought a popcorn bowl from the dollar store for $1 and cut in half for the deflector. I bought 10' of vinyl tubing from the hardware store for $2.98. 1/4" inside-3/8" outside diameter is what you need to hold the tip snugly. Drill a 3/8" hole in the back of the deflector. The $40 tubing kit is a waste. I put a pair of table legs on it with screw in connectors to make it easy to take off, because my bathroom doesn't have room for the board and a chair. I found a lady on eBay selling tips for $2/pair plus postage. I already had a bucket. Total cost = about $30. You don't need a syringe, just dip a foot of hose in the bucket, put your finger over the open end and pull it out: instant siphon. Tweet
