Do I have a rare case of antibiotic resistance?

I am 28 and for 13 years I have self-treated my bacterial vaginosis with left-over Antibiotics around the house. I have tried Flagyl, Cleocin, and two other Antibiotics . They all NEVER WORKED!!! NOT EVEN FOR A DAY OR TWO. THE SYMPTOMS NEVER WENT AWAY!!! Doctors have been given me Flagyl metro pills and gel but when I tell them it didn't work they confirm I still have bacterial vaginosis and just give me refills. Needless to say I have been changing doctors like I change my panties. My ph has always been normal at 4.5 but the BV is still there. What did I do to my body??? I have tried vitamins, probiotics, change in diet, boric acid, and just about everything else. Why wont this bacteria die at all???? What is wrong with me??? Why do I still have it if my ph is normal???
