HELP PLEASE-pain is causing me to feel suicidal, exacerbating my clinical depression and making it hard to walk

this is long but hope you can read it., If not, is there anything you can recommend alternatively or herb wise to help sciatic low back pain that is pinching a nerve and causing my whole calf and foot to be nub, pins and needles and have other other sensations that are making it hard to walk and function..my main problem now pain worse is my leg a lot more than my back which seems to be improving. Chiropractic not covered and I am afraid of drugs and doctors. (IN fact, I currently do not have a doctor, just a chiropractor who is not helping due to lack of insurance coverage and infrequent visits. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ this is not letting me separate it into paragraphs making it hard to read so I am going to post it as separate posts instead.
