Re: Day 1....again.......Water Fast

yes, fasting has great ongoing benefits *if* it finally teaches what foods and quantities best suits ones health and goals in the long run. nowadays i don't fast unless i absolutely have to, coz i have a delicate fast/feast tendency which is easily inflamed (just like your Psoriasis braindamage). because of this i really have no choice but to be sensible and watch my weight and nutrition or fall back into deprivation and excess again which is just plain uncomfortable.

so now i keep a health diary like my hybrid's energy consumption screen. hybrids don't work so well if the batteries get too low or too full and this has taught me to predict, check all options and stay stable, so that like my car my mind and body coasts comfortably and is more environmentally friendly. its hard but the rewards are worth it. you get to LIVE :-)
