I have been having a really hard time. I could explain ... maybe I will make a post for that, though. But I am definitely starting on Wednesday a really long fast, I hope. I have been planning this for a while. I am actually praying a lot about it and talking about it with a lot of people. My goal is 30 days. ... again, congratulations for starting again. I found it helpful to read Edward Hooker Dewey MD (just google him and you will find a complete free book to download) and Linda B. Hazzard, MD. These people are experts in long fasts. I support you to fast. Fasting is safe, even repeated fasting, as I have become convinced by reading these and many other authors. If you conceive the desire to fast, I think it's valid. The body does benefit from fasting. It's gentle. Upton Sinclair and Paul Bragg also talk about repeateed fasting. If you want to, and you eat gently in between fasts, why not. I'm... trying to counter the other reaction you got here. I think you're doing so great, your plan is totally valid, and I feel very supported seeing you here doing your fasting. Powerray
