I took a test with metametrix that showed severe low beneficial e-coli.

I then bought an expensive german probiotic (only one) that produces beneficial ecoli - mutaflor ($2 a pill $200 for the box). took 1 or 2 a day

I then took another test 3-4 months later and had normal beneficial ecoli
