ran into a naturopath today. She said you can restore intestinal flora by eating natural probiotics such as fermented foods & such.
I realize we've established that probiotics do not adhere to intestinal walls & can't accomplish this.
But what about eating natural probiotics.
Any studies suggesting they can or can't restore flora.
She mentioned this of course in addition to a near perfect diet for a lengthy time.
With all the studies people have shown on here about probiotics, and don't recall seeing any about natures probiotics.
