I think Im going to try The Unsweetened (No Sugar Added) Coconut Milk or Unsweetened Rice Milk with Rice Krispy Cereal, Because I need something else to eat besides Rice, Carrots, Eggplant, Zuccini, Celery! I make this like a stirfry with a lil Olive-Oil that All Iv'e been eating for the past week with Nothing with SUGAR. Somedays I don't eat the Rice Just Vegetables and LOTS of WATER!! Sometimes you don't know what to eat beside these lil Vegetables because it seems that all foods are bad in some kind of way!!!
