Hulda's Bowel Cleanse and Iodine/Selenium

Has anyone tried these? I'm about to implement them in to test them out.

I've heard good things about Lugol's Iodine and Iodoral(capsule form). Supposedly it helps with candida? And on top that that combine it with selenium and it is supposed to be even more effective. Has anyone tried this? I'm already more than 50% healed and I"m just trying to reach that finish line.

unnecessary.Also used for haemorrhoids, liver problems and jaundice.

LUGOL'S IODINE
to remove salmonella and increase the thyroid function.
