I understand exactly what you are going through. For years I put up with the pain of Herpes and got no relief. Then I discovered coconut water and never looked back. I have had no outbreaks since drinking one fresh coconut water a day for the last 12 months. I buy them from the local supermarket and drill and hole in the side of it.
