Sleep issues with Adrenal Fatigue?

I've been noticing that when I fall asleep, I tend to dream shortly after falling asleep. Also when I'm starting to drift off to sleep, it feels like I'm starting to dream even before I'm fully asleep yet. Isn't that unusual? For example, I could take a short nap and dream during the nap. I thought the dream stage of sleep doesn't happen until about 90 minutes or so into sleep? I've read that dreaming can occur earlier than normal when a person is exhausted. So I was wondering if my Adrenal Fatigue problems might be causing me to go into this REM dream stage sooner than I should be? Or maybe there is a sleep problem there that isn't connected to the AF?
