Need Help with die off symptoms

Hi I am a Sugar addict and I suffer from either a very bad case of bv or a yeast infection. I've tried natural remedies and over the counter products to no avail so I have decided to water fast. I'm on day 5 now and the vaginal & anal itching are becoming unbearable. I have done a coffee enema on day 3 and the symptoms seems to calm down only for a few hours. Does anyone have any idea what I can do to ease the symptoms without messing up my fast?
