if your not running clear water then you still have waste which in your colon which will be reabsorbed into your body, i say until you run clear because then the coffee enema will work that much better and be absorbed directly into the liver so itll dump all the bad stuff,, when u do a coffee enema u use such little coffee that you shouldnt get the bloating but to solve that problem you need to massage around your colon clockwise and put pressure on different points and you will release big time waste,, Liver Flushes are awesome but ull get alot of stagnant bile out too with this program which makes people real sick if left in ur body in ur liver ,, the dandelion helps u achieve this and the coffee enemas are powerful , like img powerful so expect quite a detox,, i recommend the enemas through the whole weekend with filerted water cause it makes it much more effective and alot less intense when ur detoxing bad stuff like bile and that other built up waste,,
