Thanks Trapper. I have mitro valve prolapse. My mom and daughter the same. Mom & I take the cayenne. My husband is on cayenne too. Won't do Iodine so hopefully I can get him on board with this cayenne mix. His mom died of a heart attack and had 3 before she died.
