Staph

My niece has had a staph infection on her arm. The doctors think she got a mosquito bite and the staph got in it. The doctor put her on Antibiotic and it went away. Now it seems to have come back.

My sister is totally open to alternatives but I wasn't sure how to direct her. Which Iodine would be the best to put on topically.......Lugol's, SSKI or magnescent.....also, should she use it orally as well?

The concern is that it came back, which means the Antibiotic is not getting rid of it totally.

Any input is greatly appreciated.
