I will help you out with what I can, hopefully somebody else will answer the questions I can't.
The only commands that you absolutely have to enter ard dwell and the frequencies you want to run. duty, pulse, and sweep are all optional.
for instance I like to run a super simple Shuman's resonance program like the following

so I am running 8 Hz for five minutes, that's about as simple as the program can get. Then you could add other things on it like duty pulse , sweep if you want.
when I am using the SC-1 it doesn't seem that a pulse adds anything extra to the program. However, when I'm using my plasma device a pulse really seems to increase the effectiveness of the frequencies.
As for how to run two frequencies at the same time, somebody else will have to help you with that one
