F165 desktop programming help!

I just got my F165, I couldn't understand the given manual about the programming from the desktop, particularly for setting 3 different frequencies to run at the same time.
If, for example, I were to run Acute pain frequencies: 3000, 95, 10000, 1550, 802, 880, 787, 727, 690, 666. How the programs look like for: running 1 frequencies at a time, and running 3 frequencies at a time? (2 different programs)

Another question, do I need set the duty, pulse, sweep, and dwell value?? or they are in default setting?
