I do mine with either only 1 dose of ES or magnesium citrate (green bottled lax) and then the OO (Olive-Oil) with grapefruit SHAKEN, SHAKEN and then shaken some more so I can get it down. Never taken the orthione caps before. You'll be fine. We want to here how your second flush goes so no wimpin' out;-)
