The next time you feel that you have impacted stool in your colon I would suggest using one or two Fleet disposable mineral Oil Enema s to soften the impacted waste matter before taking a cleansing enema.

Try to hold the mineral oil for at least an hour while lying down to give it time to work. Then use your enema bag to take a soap solution enema to eliminate the stool and any remaining oil.

Better yet, don't wait that long in between enemas when fasting. Many fasters find that daily enemas make a fast more effective and more comfortable. I know I do.
