Help! Can't poo.

Help, I just started my juice fast 6 days ago and have only been able to poo once, with the help of an enema on day 2.

Now, today, I used an enema, and...NOTHING CAME OUT.

I imagine that I have a high degree of impacted poo in my bowels.

I took some psyllium husk powder 2 days ago, and...Nothing came out the next morning.

I imagine that colonics could be nice, but am not sure.

I found some..OXY POWDER ..in my shelf, but I am not sure if I should use it.
