1. so when you take this much ala (I haven't gone there yet....) are you just dowsing fully for how much and how often and when you are done? I am a little slow coming out of the Cutler every 3 hours, at least 3 days and 100mg is usually enough mindset......

2. do yo think the plasma device was necessary for what happened for you with that....don't have one of those

3. Is the 2.4mhz carrier a special delivery freq?

4. I am just starting to understand a little on programming the f165 myself, so when you say you just programmed the top and bottom of HC's freq range does that mean:
378,950 for four minutes one channel
and 382,000 for four minutes on another channel
at the same time?
