Mega, maybe now you should try Trichinosis since it's related to those flukes - it could be what you feel in your upper mouth and/or around the tongue - I remember that once you mention you feel something there too
I was shocked (well not really, I sort of knew there will be a pack of the beasts) that a lot of what I was complaining about in my face/neck/mouth/jaw was Trich - horrible bastard, probably like those flukes....
