Systemic Enzymes and my plan of attack. I need your opinions.
Hi.
I wondered if anyone here has had any good experiences with systemic enzymes such as Vitalzym or Zymitol, in regards to fighting systemic candida?
I cannot find much information on how candida reacts to it, nor can I find any testimonials. I have read that some people experience some kind of die-off or detox reactions when starting it though, which gave me hope. The Zymitol contains MSM but the Vitalzym doesn't.
The following is my latest plan of attack for my systemic candida:
I will do a Humaworm
parasite cleanse and P&B shakes for a month which I hope will deal with mucoid plaque and mercury in the stomach and also to loosen candida from intestines, all the time drinking aloe juice for leaky gut. After that, I will begin taking SF722, Zymitol and Candex. I will continue with these until I feel candida is gone and mucous is cleared, all whilst doing F.I.R saunas. When I feel better, I will begin probiotics and possibly kefir as I had good reactions to it previously.
I don't want to burden the body with a load of antibacterials like olive leaf, garlic, pao d'arco, GSE, etc that need to be rotated. I have tried all of these before aling with a strict diet, and it did not help me in the slightest. I am hoping that the SF722, Zymitol and Candex will be more effective along with proper immune booster like echinacea and Vitamin C. What do you think?
Please tell me what you think of my plan to get rid of my systemic candida and do make suggestions if you have any.
Thank you
Bless. V
