WOW it seems like you have to go through alot. I remember being on the cleanse and getting very catty lol. Its just that the process brings about so many toxins, its hard to think straight or control your emotions at times. I did on the tenth day chew some cheerios and spit them out. I was not happy and then i continued onto day twelve and i just said forget it and ordered chinese food. I tried to do a Liver Flush but it was terrible lol.

In the blog the woman had to do Urine Therapy to get rid of her odor. I was contemplating it but the idea of drinking my own urine seems a bit too far. I am going to stick with this low gluten/gluten free diet to see what happens.
