It is probable that after your fast you are now more sensitive to foods, but more specifically what is contained within those foods. Try organic carrot juice, as non-organic fruits and vegetables contain pesticides/herbicides and other impurities, hence your allergic reaction and a tingling tongue.
This will have nothing to do with your Immune system as fasting only serves to strengthen this.
