i was the same way until someone suggested the life saver for moi!

i bought the large empty gel caps from the local health food store - $6 for @ 300 of them.

i fill them with Epsom Salts and take @ 20 to make the T that is needed with ALOT of water. Thus, I end up taking, after all is said and done @ 60-80 of them (depending on if I do the 4th Epsom Salt stuff)

VOILA - no more Epsom Salt blues!
